What We Do
We fix printers and provide IT support. That's our main business.
Most of our work involves repairing inkjet and laser printers for offices and individuals — clearing paper jams, replacing worn parts, solving print quality issues, and getting machines back to working order. We also handle general IT support: setting up computers, solving network problems, removing viruses, and helping with day-to-day tech issues.
We're based in Ruiru, and we service clients across Nairobi, Thika, Kiambu, and surrounding areas. For most jobs, we come to you. For complex repairs, we bring the equipment to our workshop.

Most repairs are done on-site. We show up, diagnose the problem, and fix it right there at your office or home.
